Who is responsible

LPadrinos, based at Zijlweg 2 k 6, 2051 BB Overveen, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 94829705, is responsible for processing your personal data through lpadrinos.com. Questions or requests about your data go to [email protected].

What data we process

• If you use the proposal form: your company name, your name (if you enter it), the number of employees, the desks you are interested in, the hours a week you spend on WhatsApp, what costs you the most right now and the free sentence you may write. Also your consent and the moment you give it.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number and what you tell us in the conversation.
• If you visit the website: what any web server sees, such as your IP address, your browser and the time.

In the free sentence, please do not write personal data of other people or special categories of data (such as health data).

What we use it for and on what basis

We use your data to answer your request and send you a proposal. For the form, the basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you write to us on WhatsApp yourself, we answer you to prepare a quote (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for anything else and we do not send commercial messages beyond your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share it with

• Meta (WhatsApp), through which your message travels.
• Cloudflare, where the website is hosted.

These parties may process data outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US data transfer framework. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

If no agreement follows, we keep your data for at most 12 months after our last contact, or less if you ask. If an agreement does follow, what it says applies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its use, have it transferred and withdraw your consent. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Cookies and storage in your browser

This website uses no cookies. Only your language choice and your theme (light or dark) are kept in your own browser, to remember your choice. That information never leaves your device.
